For easy insertion of Achievement Jewels into pilot wings or crowns.

Makes insertion of jewels into pilot wings or crowns as easy as 1-2-3! First, place the jewel surface on the sticky top of the tool. Second, place your fingers behind the Sparkies wing or crown. Third, line up the stem of the jewel with the appropriate hole in the wing or crown and push. The jewel will snap easily into place.
